Use of Content
The content created for you is yours to use commercially unless otherwise stated. However:
- You may not resell the raw AI technology or templates.
- We may use the final video for portfolio or promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide clear and accurate input (e.g., scripts, visual references, brand guidelines)
- Approve drafts in a timely manner to avoid delays
Delivery Timelines
- Typical delivery ranges from 3–7 business days, depending on project complexity
- Rush delivery may be available at an additional cost
Intellectual Property
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any logos, images, voice scripts, or other materials you provide:
- Do not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or third-party ownership rights
Refund Policy
Due to the creative and digital nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable.
No Refunds Will Be Issued:
- Once a project has been started, even if you cancel mid-way
- Due to change of mind after placing the order
- If you delay delivery by failing to provide required assets on time
- If you’re unsatisfied due to unclear instructions or miscommunication not caused by our team
